But when you ever decide to take a room in that hotel then you will be super disappointed. The rooms are not nice, no minibar, AC isn't cooling, broken towels, broken bed sheets, broken tap water handles, one small water bottle for a double room, AC (which isn't working) is even in the lowest speed so loud that it will stop you from sleeping, 27" TV in a closet is also not Up to date without Ethernet connection. But it was clean and the pool in the second floor looks nice. However i will not stay in that hotel anymore.

All of the fixtures in the bathroom are worn out, the hallway carpet is beyond filthy, and the picture quality on the television is terrible.

Unfortunately, due to Covid, there are very few options or commodities available in the area. Their restaurant food is very good, staff is great - and followed pretty strong safety protocols. You will definitely need transportation to find other places to eat. Restaurant and bar closes at 10’ish. If you have a late flight, beware. Pool look nice, you can use by making an appointment. Office areas are closed due to COVID, so you will need to work from Your room or the restaurant area.
G	Guso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed 3 nights and I found the room service to be excelleent. The room and washroom were clean. The lobby and and dinning areas were fantastic. I didn't have the time to explore all the amenities which were available to me and that was unfortunate. I hope to come back at another time. My overall experience was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

Had AC issues a couple of times but the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The breakfast buffet was amazing & my husband and I really enjoyed the room service as well. No complaints. I didn’t want to leave!

Checkin it takes around 30 minutes, Lounge floor for VIP is out of service, but they are offering and saling for some bucks more access to, but when you try to go on, it is out of service!!!. Pool is working but hottube is not. A/C is too noise because it has more than 20 years of service. laundry bag any on the room. Lamp lights are very old and dissasembly. they have van for shuttle but is not for use of clients. really very bad experience by the way, I stayed 30 nights. Nothing to do with Crown Plaza Monterrey that is much better...
