★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te dejes engañar, checa bien el condominio y las casas pregunta a los vecinos ya que no
cumplen con lo publicado en seguridad no tiene bardas perimetrales, mallas electrificadas, se inunda en la parte del claustro C y D, hay robos en el claustro C,y B, no le dan mantenimiento correcto, el área de basura está muy sucia, no hay presión de agua, no hay infraestructura para internet , muros compartidos y eso hace que pase el ruido, hay morosidad de pago de mantenimiento, no rinden cuentas claras, hay plagas, alacranes, cucaracha por falta de mantenimiento etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place. No internet, like NO internet at all, not even cabling for telephone/internet or cable television to the apartments. Even mobile phone connections are very unreliable. Owners/sellers have refused several offers to have modern connectivity set up. Flooding issues, parking lot will look like a large pool at times, bad enough to damage cars parked there. Proper water supply to the apartments not set up. Toilets in the apartments smell really bad from the poor quality plumbing in the apartments. Cockroaches are quite common in the apartments. Generally very poor quality of every building material used. Ongoing building at the site; at times very noisy, also in the weekends. Security looks good from the front, no security at all from the back, several outer walls unfinished, there have been robberies and break-ins because of this. There4 are several holiday/party apartments close by, which has a lot of noisy guests/parties in the weekends.
