Terrible service, the person responsible for responding is a rude despot who just does not want to do his job, has no education to respond or attention, that someone tell the person that it is an emergency line not games! He does not pay attention, he is not interested in attending, he does not give a name or anything! As well as !! When I will be someone dies because of people like that hopefully sue them! An ambulance for a minor girl was requested for 3 calls, the first call asked what she wanted and what she was sick about, obviously if she knew she was not calling for a rude woman to answer and the last one without knowing anything said dial 911 it's covid when you just felt bad from the pressure.

The emergency service is fatal and the girl he hires is rude and pushy. On May 6, I called to ask for an ambulance service for my mother to take her to a study. She told me why she was asking for the ambulance and I explained that I couldn't move my mother from the pain and that's why she was in the ambulance. His answer was why you need the study and because I told you, miss, the study is precisely to be able to give a diagnosis and he told me that it was not an emergency. I told him that he was really occupying the service and he told me that he needed the negative covid test, which makes sense but he also asked me for a medical report on why exactly the study was needed. I explained that I had the doctor's prescription for the study but he told me that this was not enough and he repeated that it was not an emergency. It is very sad to see that many ambulances are parked and they do not provide the service. My mother has always contributed to the Durango Red Cross and now that she needed support we received rude and despicable treatment.
