★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un señor chaparrito que es de intendencia es muy mal educado, si le hablas no responde, y cuando vas a pasar trapear. Algunas enfermeras te contestan muy mal. Supongo que no les gusta su trabajo, pero deben tener al menos un poco de educación, no les estás pidiendo nada gratis, pagas por la atención. Y supongo que les pagan su salario a ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recepcionista de consultorio, es una señora gruñona, trata de mal manera y nos habla de una manera que parece que no le gusta su trabajo. Deberian de cambiarla o hacer que trate con mayor respeto. Tiene un trato demasiado altanero y realmente por este tipo de personas es que uno ya no quiere volver al sitio y es mal prestigio.
The office receptionist is a grumpy lady, she treats us badly and talks to us in a way that makes it seem like she doesn't like her job. They should change her or make her treat her with more respect. It has a very haughty treatment and really because of this type of person it is that one no longer wants to return to the site and it is bad prestige.

El 2 de enero llevamos a mi tía por fractura de fémur y el 3 la operaron, recibió un trato de 10, el costo de la cirugía, razonable considerando que en otras unidades médicas costaba el doble o más. Una excelente alternativa para personas que no cuentan con seguridad social, ojo, no es institución pública, por lo tanto, cuesta, pero son costos razonables y atención inmejorable. Muy agradecidos con la señora Mónica en recepción de urgencias y con el Dr. Gerardo Camarera que operó a mi tía. Sigan así, Cruz Roja Naucalpan. Algo más, están remodelando y está muy bonito el lugar. Saludos.
