Prontamente a equipe que nos assistia nos levou a este hospital, que era bem próximo, pois não tínhamos tempo para procurar outro que atendesse pelo seguro que contratamos. Ficamos positivamente surpresos com o acolhimento e atendimento que nos foi prestado, desde a moça da recepção, enfermeiras e especialmente o Dr. Jose Alejandro Cavalcante, que foi muito atencioso e carinhoso com a minha filha. O local aparentava se bem cuidado e limpo, equipado e com ótimos profissionais. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com o atendimento! We were in a group on the way to Chichén-Itzá when my 11-year-old daughter didn't feel well. The team that assisted us promptly took us to this hospital, which was very close, as we didn't have time to look for another one that would take care of the insurance we hired. We were positively surprised with the reception and care provided to us, from the girl at the reception, nurses and especially Dr. Jose Alejandro Cavalcante, who was very attentive and affectionate with my daughter. The place seemed to be well maintained and clean, equipped and with great professionals. We were very pleased with the service!

The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor worked with me on my lack of Spanish (although the Doctor spoke good English). The Doctor (Erica) was very knowledgeable and professional and willing to answer questions and explain things. The prices were so much lower than other private doctors. They fixed me right up.
