Esta semana asistí para solicitar un certificado médico; los médicos y personal de laboratorio fueron muy amables; sin embargo, esta persona NO debería estar en este cargo, cero empatía. Ojalá puedan atender esta situación
 Absolutely DISAPPOINTING the service of the female person who is in the attention module. This week I attended to request a medical certificate; the doctors and laboratory personnel were very kind; however, this person should NOT be in this position, zero empathy. I hope they can deal with this situation
