Tratan muy mal a los pacientes sobre todo adultos mayores, se la pasan sentados en grupo los doctores y enfermeros en turno viendo peliculas en la computadora y se molesan y te agreden si los interrumpes. Pura neglicencia ahí. Terrible service!! They treat patients very badly especially older adults, they are sitting together in a group of doctors and nurses in turn watching movies on the computer and they get angry and they attack you if you interrupt them. Pure negligence there.

F	Felipe Cervantes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue hace varios años me mordio una araña capulina, originalmente acudi a la clinica 46 del IMSS y me iba a morir solo me ponian droga morfina para resistir los dolores , mi esposa me saco y me llevo a este Centro de Toxicologia y me salvaron la vida, les agradezco su buena atencion, la directora era una Doctora muy amable. It was several years ago that I was bitten by a spider capulina, originally I went to the clinic 46 of the IMSS and I was going to die, they only gave me the drug morphine to resist the pain, my wife took me out and took me to this Toxicology Center and they saved my life I thank you for your good attention, the director was a very kind doctor.

Después ya se acercó una Dra más amable y me dijo que no tienen antídotos y que el manejo que me habían dado en el IMSS estaba bien. Que tampoco ellos hacen estudios para saber qué tipo de animal me mordió. En fin. Mi vuelta en valde. No sé para qué existe entonces ese lugar "especializado" en toxicología si ni antídotos tienen, ni pueden saber qué animal me mordió ni nada. Cabe señalar que llamé antes y nadie contesta los teléfonos. I went yesterday for a spider bite. I didn't know what it was. I went straight to toxicology and the lady at the entrance was super rude. Later, a friendlier Dr. approached me and told me that they have no antidotes and that the management they had given me at the IMSS was fine. That they don't do studies to find out what kind of animal bit me. Anyway. My return in valde. I don't know why this "specialized" place in toxicology exists then if they don't have antidotes, nor can they know which animal bit me or anything. It should be noted that I called before and no one answers the phones.
I	Isaac Cervantes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me picó un alacrán a las 8: 45 am, fuí a las 9 30 (había ido a la ruiz sanchez y de ahí me mandaron para allá), me dieron de "alta" a las 11:30 a.m., pero regresé a las 3:45 porque se me cerró la garganta y tenía entumido el cuerpo..Me dijeron que sí necesitaba antídoto peeeeeroooooo...... Si no tienes seguro ni dinero te conviene ir a otro lado. El antídoto para la picadura de alacrán cuesta $700 más la consulta, más el suero, más la cama. La verdad muy triste el servicio.
