★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a consultar antes de las 7 de la mañana, entiendo que probablemente la doctora andaba de noche y ya casi finalizaba su turno, hubiera sido preferible que me dejaran esperando a que llegara la persona del siguiente turno, pero lo que pasó fue una mala atención, ni siquiera me dejaba hablar o terminar lo que estaba diciendo, solo agarrándose la cabeza de estrés o sueño, y vuelvo a lo mismo, a lo mejor el turno o no sé, pero no es una atención a cliente, es atención a un paciente que va a consultar con la confianza de que al menos escuchen lo que tiene que decir completamente para ver si hay algo que mínimo pueda calmar el horrible malestar por el que se presenta y va pagar.
I went to consult before 7 in the morning, I understand that the doctor was probably walking at night and her shift was almost over, it would have been preferable if they left me waiting for the person from the next shift to arrive, but what happened was poor care , He wouldn't even let me speak or finish what I was saying, just clutching his head from stress or sleep, and I go back to the same thing, maybe the turn or I don't know, but it's not customer service, it's patient care that you will consult with the confidence that they at least listen to what you have to say completely to see if there is something that at least can calm the horrible discomfort for which you show up and pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never come to this place, one of my family members had an emergency he was bleeding out because he got stabbed. And the doctors did not wanted to attend him or help him at all. We had to transport him to another Emergency room in the car. The only thing they are good for is to be nose watching from the window of the front door to see if my family member dies. Never come here I hope they close this place and fire this people with out a heart.
