J	Jonnathan Patiño on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hoy viernes 14 de agosto del 2020, asistió mi novia a las instalaciones, 1 - no tenían doctores a las 8 pm 2- la recepcionista poco eficiente en su trabajo y ni pudo ayudar en nada 3- cuando se encontró a 1 doctor , ese doctor no quería prestar servicio, con una simple lectura de análisis, y cuando de mala gana nos dijo el significado de los analisis, fue muy poco profesional al decir los resultados, unos resultados ni los dijo, hasta llego el punto que se pensó que no era un doctor por lo poco profesional que se vio el personal . Pésimo servicio tanto de recepción como del doctor, que lastima si llegan a ser atendidos por esas personas en alguna emergencia. El dr.Sinuhe muy conciente y amable. We needed a green cross for this course, very nice facilities, very friendly, respectful employees attended us quickly, they treated us very well. Mi papá estuvo 5 horas y no le hicieron nada al final salieron a decir que no tenían anestesia y que fuera a Santa Lucía. Asco total! Terrible service! Acudí como paciente por una caída en motocicleta y literalmente me dijeron: "Usted ve casos caninos, no medicos". Fui yo el que tuvo que sugerir la placa de radiografía, la Dra. Alma Hernández, me dijo que no habia nada malo y que fue innecesaria riendose de mi. En contraste la atención del guardia, del enfermero, de la recepcionista y personal de rayos X fue muy buena. Al final me termino recomendando ungüento mamisan (medicamento veterinario). If they are MVZ, do not come here, they will only discredit them. I came in as a patient for a motorcycle fall and they literally told me, "You see canine cases, not medical ones." I was the one who had to suggest the x-ray plate, Dr. Alma Hernández, told me that there was nothing wrong and that it was unnecessary, laughing at me.
