★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar un marco, lo entregaron en el tiempo pactado, me lo entregan diferente al que pedí, que porque se equivocaron, como es parecido y para no dar más vueltas lo acepté, llego a mi casa para colgar en la pared y sorpresa no tiene los llamados caimanes que son los ganchos que le colocan en la parte de atrás al marco y poder fijar al clavo de la pared, hablo para comentar que no le pusieron los caimanes y me atiende la misma persona que me vendió y me dice que se le olvidó ofrecerme los caimanes, lo cual se me hace increíble ya que es como comprar tenis y no traigan agujetas y que si los quiero le lleve el cuadro y que son 30 pesos por los dos, lo cual me genera una tercera vuelta le dije ok los voy a comprar con ustedes pero yo los voy a tener que fijar por que el cuadro está a más de una hora de sus instalaciones y no voy a ir a buscarlo a mi casa para llevarlo, me responde que si pero que adicional tengo que comprar los tornillos para fijar los caimanes en una ferretería por que ellos no los venden (increíble) le digo pero si ustedes los tienen para fijar los caimanes y me responde que si pero que son solo para su uso no para venta y por fin que si me los vende en diez pesos adicionales, increíble, pésimo servicio, adicional a que me entregaron un marco diferente al que solicite, NO RECOMIENDO ESE LUGAR PARA NADA.
