M	Marcela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace varios años que conocí este spa. Antes era muy bueno, el servicio y el costo eran lo esperado, pero ha ido en descenso la calidad de su atención. Las batas tienen dos tallas, ridículamente chica y ridículamente grande (como talla 0 y talla 48), tienen dos tallas de zapatillas, antes eran desechables pero ahora son de plástico igual, talla infantil o talla 31. La ropa desechable es de la peor calidad posible. Los precios ya están bastante altos pero no se ve que mejore lo demás. Recientemente hice una cita para masaje, mi terapeuta regular estaba ocupada así que pedí cita con otra terapeuta que ya me había tratado antes. Yo hice la cita desde Diciembre, y un día antes de mi cita me mandó whatsapp la recepcionista para preguntar si tenía inconveniente en cambiar el horario de mi cita, le dije que sí tenía inconveniente porque tenía otro compromiso y me dijo que le dejábamos como estaba. Pero la sorpresa fue que el día que acudí, la recepcionista ni siquiera había llegado (a las 11am) me recibió el vigilante y después de estar esperando me trataron de pasar si o sí con un terapeuta masculino nuevo porque simplemente no me podía atender la persona que yo elegí y por eso querían cambiarme la cita un día antes y en lugar de darme la información completa, en CSC la recepcionista toma las decisiones por tí y por "olvido" no me informaron hasta que estuve ahí después de insistirme en pasarme con el terapeuta nuevo. Me fui sin recibir el servicio que había solicitado y la recepcionista estaba muy cándida como si no fuera la gran cosa ir y perder el tiempo cuando tratan de obligarte a hacer lo que ellos quieren que hagas. Creo que ya no vale la pena el lugar, la idea de ir al spa es ir contento y relajarte, no ir a ver que sorpresa hay. Several years ago I met this spa. Before it was very good, the service and the cost were what was expected, but the quality of its attention has been declining. The gowns have two sizes, ridiculously small and ridiculously large (like size 0 and size 48), they have two shoe sizes, before they were disposable but now they are plastic the same, child size or size 31. Disposable clothing is of the worst quality possible. The prices are already quite high but the rest is not seen to improve. I recently made an appointment for massage, my regular therapist was busy so I made an appointment with another therapist who had treated me before. I made the appointment in December, and one day before my appointment the receptionist sent me a WhatsApp message to ask if I had any problem changing the time of my appointment, I told her that I did have a problem because I had another commitment and she told me that we would leave her as she was . But the surprise was that the day I went, the receptionist had not even arrived (at 11am) the security guard received me and after waiting they tried to put me through with a new male therapist because the person simply could not attend to me that I chose and that is why they wanted to change my appointment a day earlier and instead of giving me the complete information, at CSC the receptionist makes the decisions for you and because of "forgetfulness" they did not inform me until I was there after insisting on spending time with him new therapist. I left without receiving the service I requested and the receptionist was very candid like it's no big deal to go and waste your time when they try to force you to do what they want you to do. I think that the place is no longer worth it, the idea of going to the spa is to go happy and relax, not to go see what surprise there is.

Lo recomiendo ampliamente I found it to be an excellent place, with attentive and friendly staff, and the treatment we chose was very relaxing. I highly recommend it
E	Eduardo Daniel Zapata Moreno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me tocó con brenda y la verdad estuvo horrible. iba por un masaje relajante y fue súper doloroso todo el tiempo. les dije y me dijeron que era porque estaba contracturado, pero mi esposa fue con susy y no tuvo nada de dolor y también estaba contracturada. me dijeron que era normal que me doliera y que tomara relajantes, pero ya pasó tiempo y me duele la espalda más que nunca. fui a masaje relajante, no me relajé y salí con más dolor. entonces revisen con quién les toca :( he touched me with brenda and the truth was horrible. I was going for a relaxing massage and it was super painful the whole time. I told them and they told me it was because I had a contraction, but my wife went with susy and she didn't have any pain and she also had a contraction. They told me that it was normal for it to hurt and that I should take relaxants, but it's been a while and my back hurts more than ever. I went to a relaxing massage, I didn't relax and I came out with more pain. then check who you play with :(
