★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y si llevas los documentos requeridos una vez que hayas hecho el trámite en línea, cuando llegas a la oficina todo es muy rápido, yo fui ya dos veces y tarde diez minutos en salir, sólo en lo que revisan la documentación, imprimen su acuse para que firmes y te entreguen lo correspondiente a tu trámite, además don amables, tanto para atender como para dar informes u orientación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se requiere mayor apoyo del personal para solucionar errores que ellos mismos ocasionan, yo realicé desde el año pasado mi cambio de propietario y al querer realizar el pago de tenencia , resulta que el RFC estaba incorrecto, aun cuando el documento y tarjeta de circulación estaban correctos y al acudir a este módulo para la corrección del mismo me pidieron factura original y que si no la traía no podían hacer nada, hasta que me puse exigente y les hice ver que fue su error en su sistema accedieron a que les entregará copias y tardaron más de 72 hrs en reflejar la corrección , cuando este pudo hacerse en el momento y reflejarse al día siguiente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca había hecho un trámite en el estado de México, esta ocasión lo hice en Tecamachalco y quedé impresionada, desde que estuve formada, te toman temperatura, te pasan a un escritorio y sales, hice alrededor de 10 a 15 min. No más. Además el personal muy atento. En particular la Sra. Que me atendió, te explica toooooooodo.
