Fui para un trámite y no me quiso resolver, y en otra sucursal lo hicieron sin ningún problema.

Su servicio al cliente es malísimo, su aplicación móvil es pésima, tienen el peor servicio de atención telefónica que se te pueda brindar, todos sus productos tienen una letra chiquita, por ejemplo: “Te presto dinero, si tienes muchos meses ahorrando” Sucursal a la que vayas, te atienden como si fueras leproso. Considero que hay mejores opciones en el mercado, que esta marca, para invertir, ahorrar o solicitar préstamos. Por mi parte, yo cancelo mi cuenta en este momento
