★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me enviaron unas RX de rodilla AP y lateral con apoyo monopodálico y el médico del centro scanner y 3 los técnicos NO sabían que solo se puede hacer la AP con apoyo monopodalico. Me tomaron como 5 placas hasta que se le tuvo que llamar al ortopedista.
El médico me dijo que el jueves a las 18:30 enviaban la interpretación médica al Ortopedista y a mi por email. Hice la cita con el Ortopedista para el jueves a las 19:00hrs y NO enviaron la interpretación médica NUNCA. Siendo ya las 20:03 hrs, el teléfono ya no contestaban dado que supongo ya habían salido de trabajar.
Es una pena por que es un buen CENTRO pero esta vez estuvo fatal el servicio. Debe tomarse especial cuidado para que el Centro Scanner no se convierta en un Centro mas. Que pena
 They sent me an AP and lateral knee X-ray with monopodal support and the doctor at the scanning center and 3 technicians did NOT know that AP can only be done with monopodal support. They took about 5 plates until the orthopedist had to be called.
The doctor told me that on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. they sent the medical interpretation to the Orthopedist and to me by email. I made the appointment with the Orthopedist for Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and they NEVER sent the medical interpretation. Being already 20:03 hrs, the phone no longer answered since I suppose they had already left work.
It is a shame because it is a good CENTER but this time the service was terrible. Special care must be taken so that the Scanner Center does not become just another Center. What a pity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que un lugar que se dedica a dar servicios relacionados con la salud, pueda darse el lujo de cometer errores en sus resultados. Cuidado con los diagnósticos en este sitio de cuarta, que lo mismo te pueden decir que estas embarazada aunque nunca lo hayas estado, como te pueden decir que hubo una "confusión" con los resultados, ya que a criterio de la Dra. Claudia Sandoval "todos somos humanos". Su personal grosero y cero conocen la política del buen trato al cliente, y si caes en manos de la técnica Lourdes mucho peor. DEBERÍAN CERRAR ESTE LUGAR o cambiar su giro. CERO RECOMENDABLE!!

Excelente atención por parte de las personas del laboratorio, confiabilidad total en los estudios, se encuentran en el 6to piso, si hay estacionamiento, están cerca del trébol de constituyentes y reforma.
Accesibilidad en el edificio para uso de silla de ruedas, laboratorio inclusivo en sus espacios.
Cuentan con todos los protocolos de seguridad, tiene gel antibacterial y protección de todo el personal con cubre bocas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo la atención es horrible en especial la srita Gabriela y Adriana que te cotiza la cita por telefono, te dicen cosas diferentes, les tuve que rogar literal para que me mandaran mis indicaciones, me mandaron la cotización con algo que jamas me explicaron y era un costo mayor, de verdad horrible así uno cómo confia en que su cita esté bien hecha...
Terrible attention is horrible especially Ms. Gabriela and Adriana who quote you the appointment by phone, they tell you different things, I had to literally beg them to send me my instructions, they sent me the quote with something that they never explained to me and it was a higher cost, really horrible so how can you trust that your appointment is well done...

Un familiar muy cercano se hizo su estudio de especialidad: Resonancia Magnetica Cardiaca. Un estudio bastante caro, pero dentro de varias opciones que vimos fue la más económica.
El trato con el cliente muy cordial, las instalaciones de lujo y hasta hablan con el doctor para ver algunos detalles.
Una increíble presentación de la entrega de los resultados, carpeta, excelentes impresiones. Todo de primera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy decepcionada del lugar es impresionante la incapacidad de muchas de las personas aquí. desde que hice mi cita hasta el momento de los resultados… ahora tengo que regresar y me queda super lejos. afortunadamente hay una doctora competente en todo este equipo tan desorganizando que me apoyara en resolver los errores de sus compañeros. Ya que fueron dos filtros en los que se menciono la indicación de mi doctora y todos lo pasaron por donde quisieron. me hace preguntar que tanto anotan cuando te hacen una breve entrevista antes de ingresar al estudio porque lo que les dices no. y no se fijan en la receta ni mucho menos que venga firmada ya que justo la indicación que necesitaba estaba a un lado de la firma y esa parte la omitieron por completo. No tienen nada de seriedad ya ni por el giro de la empresa, juegan con el tiempo y la salud de las personas. lamentablemente ahora me hacen dudar de si estara bien realizado el estudio….

Since there were two filters in which my doctor's indication was mentioned and everyone passed it where they wanted. It makes me wonder how much they score when they do a short interview with you before entering the studio because what you tell them doesn't. and they do not pay attention to the recipe, much less that it comes signed, since the exact indication that I needed was next to the signature and that part was completely omitted. They are not serious anymore, not even because of the business, they play with time and people's health. Unfortunately, now they make me doubt whether the study was well carried out….
