★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para pedir informes de un estudio, la mujer que respondió muy despota parecía que tenia prisa por colgar la llamada, me dejo mucho tiempo esperando. Así ni ganas dan de ir. Busque otra lugar y muy atentos y amables al dar informes y en sus instalaciones ni se diga.

Pero desafortunadamente muy mal el trato al compañero que fue conmigo.
Deberían de tener un área de espera y no mandarlos a las bancas con mucho sol.
Además la forma en la que sacan a uno no es la apropiada.
No había tanta gente para justificar ese trato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me han recomendado el lugar, ayer llamé para pedir informes para una mastografía y la persona que me contesto muy grosera y de mala gana. Da los precios con y sin prótesis, cuando es lo primero que debe preguntar para no escuchar todo el listado de precios.
Le pedí agendar una cita y me contesta que si quiero hasta la segunda semana de noviembre, osea hasta dentro de un mes, para esa fecha para que quiero el estudio.
Apesar de la persona que atiende groseramente quise agendar una cita, pero me mataron con el tiempo de espera de un mes. El estudio no es nada barato para que tengas que esperar tanto, si es algo más grave no recomiendo que vayan ya que el tiempo es vida.
Al lugar le recomiendo que capacite y sensibilice a la persona que atiende telefónicamente porque son temas de salud, en ocasiones pueden ser graves.

Respondió, no lo que pasa es que por el diámetro del abdomen luego no caben . Le comenté nuevamente sobre la rodilla... me dejó en espera un largo tiempo y no me contestó. Mi doctor me los recomendó.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia no es buena acudí ahí por recomendación de un médico. Pero desde llamar por teléfono y la señorita toda grosera para dar informes ni ganas dan de irse a parar a sus instalaciones. Al siguiente día llamé y un trato muy diferente. Agendé mi cita con 1 mes de anticipación y no tuvieron la amabilidad de confirmarla pero si de borrar mi cita. Acudí el día del estudio y me hicieron esperar más de una hora. Entonces para qué se agendan las citas? En seguda les mandé un correo preguntando xq no tengo la imágen de un órgano y hasta el día de hoy no he tenido respuesta. Así que no, no son un buen lugar para atenderse ni por tiempo ni por atención.

I went the day of the study and they made me wait more than an hour. So why are appointments scheduled? In seguda I sent them an email asking why I do not have the image of an organ and to this day I have not had an answer. So no, they are not a good place to go for time or attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a realizarme un estudio de PET, la atención fue muy lenta, me dejaron esperando un poco más de 2 horas, ya me he realizado este estudio suficientes veces y lo más que espero por el fármaco que me ponen es 1 hora. Y no me daban explicación de porque no me atendían, y como ya estaba pagado por eso me quedé. No recomiendo este lugar y no creo que tomen en cuenta mi opinión como tanto responden

Sin embargo, el servicio fue muy bueno, desde la reservacion por telefono y la llegada, hasta los especialistas que hicieron el estudio. El lugar es muy lindo y comodo, muy limpio, es un poco mas costoso que en otros laboratorios, aunque se nota el profesionalismo. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito. Cuenta con instalaciones para discapacitados y elevadores. Vale el precio por que son verdaderos especialistas quienes hacen las interpretaciones de los estudios, aunque si quiero comentar que la experiencia fue muy buena. Recomiendo este lugar para estudios de imagen y radiologicos especializados.
I was hesitant to go because of the comments you have shared. However, the service was very good, from the phone reservation and arrival, to the specialists who did the study. The place is very nice and comfortable, very clean, it is a little more expensive than in other laboratories, although the professionalism is noticeable. It has free parking. It has facilities for the disabled and elevators. It is worth the price because they are true specialists who make the interpretations of the studies, although I do want to comment that the experience was very good. I recommend this place for specialized imaging and radiological studies.
