Hace 3 años compre en esa tienda 3 pares de botas, 3 cinturones , 2 chalecos y un cartera.. me ofrecieron a mi refundir el IVA con prox $ 4.900.--- pesos. me dieron las facturas y deje poner en el aeroporto el sello. aunque de los otras compras de otras compañias me devolvieron el IVA , QUADRA no me ha transferido el IVA aunque 2 veces ya he reclamado la devolución.
me pregunto a mi mismo, quien se quedo con mi dinero??
no voy a recomendar esa tiende de QUADRA hasta me han devuelto mi dinero de IVA.
 I am Erwin Mühlbauer a tourist from Ausria, Europe. 3 years ago I bought in that store 3 pairs of boots, 3 belts, 2 vests and a wallet .. they offered me to refund the VAT with prox $ 4,900 .--- pesos. They gave me the bills and I put the stamp in the airport. Although the other purchases of other companies returned the VAT, QUADRA has not transferred the VAT to me although twice I have already claimed the refund.
I ask myself, who took my money?
I will not recommend that tend to QUADRA until I have returned my VAT money.
