★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aún falta mucho por hace en tanto cambie el denominado uso de suelo. Hay pequeñas partes con firme al menos a la par donde suelen pasar las llantas de los vehiculos. Ya hay servicios de luz mediante coyotes disque "oficial" asi como teléfono (telmex unicamente). Noy hay red hidraulica aún ni drenaje, solo cisternas así como fosas sépticas. El M2 ronda los 1200-1400 pesos según el vendedor.
