j	jose maria juan manuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como auditor certificado empezaré por las fortalezas: instalaciones en buen estado, buena atención del personal (solo una persona logramos ver, no se si eso sea bueno o malo ¡?), la limpieza es adecuada también, el lugar se encuentra espléndida a unos metros de la catedral la cual puedes ver desde algunas habitaciones. Dicho lo anterior vienen las oportunidades de mejora: en mi muy particular opinión no veo gran cosa de hotel boutique, las habitaciones tienen cada una su propio nombre pero uno esperaría un poco más al escuchar la frase. Por ejemplo amenidades básicas como unas botellas de agua en la habitación no están disponibles, tampoco hay productos de limpieza básicos, sólo dos dispensadores de jabón líquido en los baños, las habitaciones siendo lugares cómodos, no alcanzan en mi perspectiva una decoración un tanto más sofisticada o con una personalidad propia que haga de la experiencia algo más allá... no hay el plus pues. Bien a secas, a penas suficiente. As a certified auditor I will start with the strengths: facilities in good condition, good staff attention (only one person we managed to see, I don't know if that's good or bad!), cleanliness is also adequate, the place is splendid a few meters away of the cathedral which you can see from some rooms. Having said the above, there are opportunities for improvement: in my very particular opinion I do not see much of a boutique hotel, the rooms each have their own name but one would expect a little more when listening to the phrase. For example, basic amenities such as some bottles of water in the room are not available, there are also no basic cleaning products, only two liquid soap dispensers in the bathrooms, the rooms being comfortable places, they do not reach in my perspective a somewhat more sophisticated decoration. or with its own personality that makes the experience something beyond... there is no plus, then. Well to dry, barely enough.
L	Luis Quezada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación es magnífica, en el mero centro de la Ciudad, en una de las calles mas hermosas que tiene Zacatecas. Puedes ir caminando a cualquier lugar del Centro. Y la atención de Faby y el otro chico superaron mis expectativas por mucho. Por trabajo conozco mucho hoteles, unos caros y otros baratos y ahí me han tratado de maravilla. Pero aquí me hicieron sentir COMO EN CASA. The location is magnificent, in the very center of the City, in one of the most beautiful streets that Zacatecas has. You can walk anywhere in the Center. And the attention from Faby and the other guy exceeded my expectations by far. For work I know a lot of hotels, some expensive and others cheap and there they have treated me wonderfully. But here they made me feel AT HOME.

Desde que reservas siempre están al pendiente de tu arribo, y te brindan la información necesaria para poder llegar y acceder a las instalaciones. Cuando llegas tienen una cordialidad única, y te hacen sentir en casa. En pocas palabras, cuidan y atienden a los turistas. Las habitaciones en general son muy bonitas, cómodas, limpias y con muy buen espacio. Si buscan un lugar para alojarte y conocer zacatecas, este es el lugar indicado. Lo recomiendo mucho. I loved the hotel! Since you make reservations, they are always aware of your arrival, and they provide you with the necessary information to be able to arrive and access the facilities. When you arrive they have a unique cordiality, and they make you feel at home. In short, they take care and cater to tourists. The rooms in general are very nice, comfortable, clean and with very good space. If you are looking for a place to stay and get to know Zacatecas, this is the right place. I highly recommend it.

B	Bernardo Harvey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An interesting surprise, standing in between an Airbnb and a normal hotel. Cuartel 1914, has one of the best locations to stay. Also their self-service entrance and accommodation with traditional colonial mystique adds to an amazing experience. The staff was amazing, Fabiola was always charming and prompt to help and solve any questions. The right mix between tech digitalization tools to help the experience with a colonial setup.
Y	Yupeng Gao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Zacatecas to work for 6 days, I’m so glad I stayed at Cuartel 1914 for the duration. The hotel is located just a block away from the Catedral Basílica de Zacatecas. There are many great restaurants just secs away, La Toska, Waffles & Coffee, En Tauro Del Norte, Bona Dona, and many more. Circle K and Axxo are secs away when you need water or soda. I booked the room with the balcony facing the main street, it was a great experience, the room was big and clean, the bed was very comfy, and the amenity was very nice. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was good, I was able to work from the room, and I do enjoy working in their indoor patio area where their router was located, Video calls for work were very smooth, with no issues at all. The staff was extremely helpful, I had questions about Covid tests, exchange currency, and ride to the airport at 5:30 AM and they were able to help me to get them done. They even helped me book a tour to La Quemada and Conos De Santa Mónica. The keyless door lock at the front of the door was smart (I don’t have to worry about losing the keys), and we were communicating through WhatsApp which is convenient. It felt like home away from home. Thank you for a great week!
M	Michael Ortega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very cute when you walk out you are wrapped by the very beautiful historic district with many restaurants, cafes and so many people. The rooms as advertised. Historic with a touch of class in every room. The wood work on the doors are as if original. It has a motel 6 feel but, better, way better. Safe, no transients and beautifully kept clean. I like it because it is not westernized or modernized. Except the door entry now that is high security but I figure it out on the first try.
