★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un poco caro, $3000 por habitación en promedio. Las visitas están restringidas hasta las 10pm. A veces se les acaba el agua y pasas un fin de semana así. Hay mucho ruido por la construcción de a lado y por la carretera. Las secretarías son pedantes. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Lo malo: te puede tocar un fin de semana sin agua, un mes sin gas, debido a la construcción, en tu contrato viene Internet de cortesía, pero en realidad no sirve, en el quinto piso siempre hay fallas en la electricidad y las personas de la administración son muy mala onda.
The good: the location.
The bad: you can have a weekend without water, a month without gas, due to construction, in your contract comes free Internet, but in reality it does not work, on the fifth floor there are always power failures and people management are very rude.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y caras para lo que son, hay muchísimo ruido por el bar de abajo, que toca música en vivo en las noches además por este miso bar siempre hay gente alcoholizada en la entrada y me tocaron varias experiencias (encontrar lsa entrada bomitada por ejemplo), por si fuera poco siguen cinstruyendo y el ruido de los trabajadores es abrumador(a veces ponen música) y no te permite estudiar o descansar.
Además se quedan muy seguido sin agua y mientras los vecinos del edificio ya tienen, la administración no hace nada.
El Internet es de lo peor, lo compartes con 10 o 12 persona, así que practicamente es como si no tuviera WiFi.

The rooms are small and expensive for what they are, there is a lot of noise from the bar below, which plays live music in the evenings and because of this same bar there are always alcoholic people at the entrance and I had several experiences (find the entrance pumped up for example), as if that were not enough, they continue to instruct and the noise of the workers is overwhelming (sometimes they play music) and does not allow you to study or rest.
In addition, they often run out of water and while the residents of the building already have it, the administration does nothing.
The Internet is the worst, you share it with 10 or 12 people, so it is practically as if it had no WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora del aseo se siente dueña del edifico, jamás tiene el valor civil de hablar directamente si tiene algún inconveniente con los inquilinos. Se robo mi olla exprés y la mitad de mi vajilla. Pésimo servicio, lo único bueno es la ubicación.
The cleaning lady feels that she owns the building, she never has the civil courage to speak directly if she has any problem with the tenants. My pressure cooker and half my dishes were stolen. Terrible service, the only good thing is the location.
