Es atendido por chavos muy jóvenes, quizá 20s que se les nota la emoción y las ganas de que tengas una buena experiencia, pero les falta capacitación en atención al ciiente y servicio. La experiencia es divertida si le pones actitud y lo disfrutas. Hubo fallos de parte de ellos en la experiencia medieval, una cadena se rompió, el contador se borró, hay materiales desgstados y que no funcionan del todo bien. Recomiendo que a las puertas que no se deben abrir, las cierren y coloquen letreros algo más grandes. En cuanto a las indicaciones no son malas pero creo que les falta afinar para hacer una super experiencia.
