★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para hospedarse limpio ,tal vez 1 semana , si requiere estar mas tiempo le recomiendo rentar las rentas están economicas , cerca y equivalen a 10 dias de hospedaje .

Incluye baño individual. servicios (agua, luz, internet).
Los cuartos son sencillos, tienen cama, baño, closet y un pequeño escritorio para leer, estudiar o simplemente dejar tus cosas.
No tienen servicio de cocina compartida ni lugares comunes, no tienen refrigerador en donde guardar la comida.
Ventajas: precio y cercanía a los hospitales, la mayor parte de las veces este tipo de cuartos se renta para personas que vienen a citas a algún hospital o a estudiantes de medicina que vienen a estudiar en los hospitales.
Por la zona esta nutrisur (un excelente lugar para comer por $ 75) y existe lavandería y servicio de planchado cercanos.
Existen mejores lugares, definitivamente; regularmente por un precio más elevado.
Conclusión, si no te importa no tener lugar para cocinar y deseas un lugar cercano a: Hospital de nutrición Salvador Zubiran. Instituto nacional de enfermedades respiratorias, Hospital general Manuel Gea González, Instituto nacional de Cardiología Ignacio Chávez, Instituto nacional de Cancerología. Es una opción a considerar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece un sitio muy acogedor, tranquilo, barato para la zona de la que se trata pues ya incluye gas, luz e internet.
Lo único malo es que no cuentas con un refrigerador o frigorífico ni es permitido el uso de parrillas eléctricas, pues el dueño ya es de avanzada edad y prefiere evitar altercados eléctricos o similares.
El dueño es una persona muy amable y comprensiva, súper cerca de todos los hospitales de ahí, en 5min aprox.
Gran sitio, muy recomendable ;D
