 Clean spaces although it offers little, it is a new building, there is a place to check hearing aids, the parking lot is small, hopefully they will do more business.

The view on the terrace is spectacular, you see all of Guadalajara. There is surveillance, elevator, parking spaces for visitors, swimming pool and the apartments have a very good distribution; they all have a balcony.

The building has an olympic size pool, a roof lounge and private armed security, so there's nothing to worry about!
