Las clases de yoga incluyen todos los niveles desde ningún conocimiento hasta expertos. Se ofrecen la mayoría de estilos y variantes de yoga, desde hatha, ashtanga, vinyasas, niños, power, acro y otras más.
Se ofrecen sesiones de meditación Vipassanā (previa confirmación) baño sonoro con cuencos de cuarzo, y otras técnicas (sujeto a disponibilidad).
Se ofrece una amplia gama de masajes como sueco, descontracturante, relajante, shiatsu, entre otros. Para los masajes hay que concertar cita. Incluyen aromsterapia y terapia de aceites esenciales.
100% recomendable para cualquier experiencia ya sea personal o de grupo, desde una indulgencia hasta el desarrollo de la disciplina o desarrollo personal y liberación y refuerzo mentales.
