★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde que me trajeron el refrigerador jamás paso el preventa a levantar pedido tuve que comprar en expendios para surtir me y cuánto por fin logro contactar a la persona que me hizo el contrato su solución es de una forma burlesca decirme que mejor me retira el refrigerador y que le haga como quiera deberás que es el peor trato que me han dado pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo para nada
Lousy service since the refrigerator was brought to me, the pre-order never went up to pick up the order, I had to buy in stores to stock me and how much I finally managed to contact the person who made the contract for me. Its solution is in a mocking way to tell me that I better withdraw the refrigerator and to do as you want you should be the worst treatment that I have given terrible service I do not recommend it at all

LO PEOR DEL CASO ES QUE BUSCO REPORTAR ESTE PESIMO SERVICIO CON UNA AUTORIDAD MAYOR Y LA RECEPCIONISTA NO DA INFORMACION. ME HUBIERA GUSTADO QUE ASI HUBIERAN SIDO CUANDO NO PODIAN VENDER POR LA PANDEMIA QUE PKMDR.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, SINCE THE MISS RECEPTION (THAT IS WHAT I TOLD ME TO CALL HIM), PESIMO TO GIVE A SOLUTION, I HAVE TRIED TO BUY PRODUCT FOR A CAR AND I HAVE 3 MONTHS ASKING TO VISIT ME THE SELLER OR SUPERVISOR BUT NOTHING. THE WORST OF THE CASE IS THAT I SEEK TO REPORT THIS DAMAGE SERVICE WITH A GREATER AUTHORITY AND THE RECEPTIONIST DOES NOT GIVE INFORMATION. I WOULD HAVE LIKED THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WHEN THEY COULD NOT SELL DUE TO THE PANDEMIC THAT PKMDR.
