S	Sergio Lorenzo Sandoval Aragón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, mala organización, tenían personas esperando por rosca de reyes desde las 9 am y salieron hasta las 12 pm dándoles las que iban saliendo y no las que ellos habían pedido en primer lugar. Mala comunicación por WhatsApp, nunca contestaron mi pedido. Será muy buen pan pero deben mejorar su servicio. Bad service, bad organization, they had people waiting for rosca de reyes from 9 am and they left until 12 pm giving them the ones that were coming out and not the ones they had asked for in the first place. Bad communication by WhatsApp, they never answered my request. It will be very good bread but they must improve their service.

A	Alex M. Padilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper recomendado para antes o después de su shopping en la galería del calzado, o si andan turisteando por ahí?. De preferencia lleven su tupper? es mi tip. Me encantan sus panes y que orgullo que abrieran sucursal en una zona más comercial? Lo que deben de probar es la concha rellena de cajeta, es mi favorita, las conchas de temporada y el café de olla. Su pan de muerto es relleno estilo concha y este año tuvieron especiales, cómo la concha alebrije, que espero repitan el siguiente año pero rellena de un chocolate mexicano (Ibarra por ejemplo ?) porque me fascinó el sabor y diseño. Algo que me agrada es su ambiente, con música de época y que te atienden de buenas, aparte huele bien rico a panecito☺️ Super recommended for before or after your shopping in the shoe gallery, or if you are touring around?. Preferably bring your tupperware? is my tip. I love their breads and what pride they opened a branch in a more commercial area? What they must try is the shell stuffed with cajeta, it is my favorite, the seasonal shells and the café de olla. Their bread of the dead is stuffed shell style and this year they had specials, like the alebrije shell, which I hope will repeat next year but filled with a Mexican chocolate (Ibarra for example ?) because I was fascinated by the taste and design. Something that I like is its atmosphere, with vintage music and that they take good care of you, apart from that it smells very rich like bread☺️
B	Blanca Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubicación y lugar: -Buena ubicación (están atrás de Galerías del calzado). -Lugar pequeño pero perfecto para su función. -La persona que me atendió fue muy amable y atenta conmigo y con quienes llegaron en ese ratito. Precio/Pago: -Los precios me parece que puede ser un punto a mejorar ya que sí hay bastante diferencia de pesos comparado con una panadería tradicional. -Tienen pago en efectivo y con tarjeta (sin comisiones extrañas que otros lugares suelen tener). Productos: -Solamente compré conchas (tradicionales y rellenas), las que probé me parecieron muy ricas en cuanto al sabor y al pan (textura), la parte dulce de arriba muy rica aunque sí te mancha un poquito el colorante. -A las personas con quienes compartí también les gustaron. -Tienen conchas con temáticas/sabores diferentes cada cierto tiempo. Punto malo: - Cobran a 8 pesos la caja, ese me parece un punto malo. Entiendo lo de que esperan que uno lleve su recipiente para reducir la basura pero si uno va de pasada y se le antoja un panecito pues 8 pesos por la pura caja como que no está padre. Ojalá pudieran bajar el costo de eso o eliminarlo. Conclusión: Posiblemente vuelva para probar otros panes u otros sabores de conchas, espero llevar mi recipiente para evitar el cobro de caja. Adjunto mi ticket y foto de las conchas: Fueron 5 conchas + la caja. Location and place: -Good location (they are behind Galerias del footwear). -Small place but perfect for its function. -The person who attended me was very kind and attentive to me and to those who arrived in that little while. Price/Payment: -The prices seem to me to be a point to improve since there is quite a difference in weight compared to a traditional bakery. -They have cash and card payment (without strange commissions that other places usually have). Products: -I only bought shells (traditional and stuffed), the ones I tried seemed very rich in terms of flavor and bread (texture), the sweet part on top was very tasty, although the dye did stain you a little. -The people I shared with also liked them. -They have shells with different themes/flavors from time to time. bad point: - They charge 8 pesos a box, that seems to me a bad point. I understand that they expect you to bring your container to reduce garbage, but if you pass by and feel like a little bun, well, 8 pesos for the box alone, it's like you're not cool. I wish they could lower the cost of that or remove it. Conclution: Possibly I will come back to try other breads or other flavors of shells, I hope to take my container to avoid the cash charge. I attach my ticket and photo of the shells: It was 5 shells + the box.
