★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacer una promesa de compra de casa, me hicieron dar un anticipo y luego de 2 años me dicen que no van a hacer nada y que me devuelven mi dinero... Solo perdí mi tiempo. Voy a recuperar mi anticipo y me dan una hoja donde dice que yo cancelo por mi voluntad y que quiero mi anticipo de regreso; yo pregunto que para que es eso y me dicen que si quiero mi dinero de regreso tengo que firmar eso; que es parte de su proceso. Total que firme y me regresaron mi dinero. No valía la pena pelear, ya me di cuenta que sus intereses eran otros y no me pensaban cumplir.
I went to make a promise to buy a house, they made me give an advance and after 2 years they tell me that they are not going to do anything and that they will give me my money back ... I just wasted my time. I am going to get my advance back and they give me a sheet where it says that I cancel of my own free will and that I want my advance back; I ask what that is for and they tell me that if I want my money back I have to sign it; which is part of your process. Total to sign and they returned my money. It was not worth fighting, I already realized that their interests were different and they did not intend to fulfill me.
