★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them 0 stars if I could. Where do I even begin....
We were supposed to be picked up at 9:50 to make a 10:00 ferry (like that was ever going to happen.) The van did not show up until 10:15.
That led to us missing the ferry all together. We sat the ferry dock for an hour waiting for the 12:00 ferry which we were told we would be in the water by then.
Missing the ferry then led us to be extremely rushed the entire trip. We were not told that we would have to boat out another 45 minutes to the reefs in addition to the hour ferry ride. Once we got to the reefs, the guide rushed us all of the boat giving us rushed instructions on how to put on the equipment.
Once in the water, we had to swim fast the entire time. A child was crying because he was so exhausted. We were all out of breath and exhausted because we had to swim the entire time while the instructor yelled at us to hustle
Not to mention, the reef itself was dead and we saw few fish the entire time. It was not colorful, bright, or lively.
Then after a rushed trip, the boat drove us out to a sandbar where we hung out for 1.5 hours just swimming and sitting on the boat. We were not told about this prior and it was the most boring 1.5 hours.
Our “lunch” was served at 5:00pm. We were all starving and young children were crying because they were so exhausted and hungry. The box lunch was so soggy by the time we got it; the chips weren’t edible.
One couple didn’t even get dinner. They boat was short meals and the driver had to give away his meal so they could share it
Once we got off the ferry at the end of the day, we were told we would be picked up at 7:45 which the ferry docked at 7:00. So we already had to wait for 45 minutes. On top of that, the driver was 30 MINUTES late. We did not return to our hotel until 8:45 causing us to miss our dinner.
We fought the company for a refund and they denied everything we said. They didn’t believe us and refused to give us the money back.
DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will be fighting this through our credit card company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously a very nice day with claudio and his team ! Lunch was good ! Really more than expected, a lot of drinks and beer, nice place to swim! They said that it's 3 dives but the last one in el cielo isn't a dive but lunchtime with a swim.
The only bad thing I have to say TELL YOUR CAPTAIN TO TURN OFF THE ENGINE WHILE THERE'S PEOPLE SNORKELING! DAMN! USE COMMON SENSE! He started it 3 times while people were in the water and close to the impeller. Got video of this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, total scam!! They advertise that you're renint g your own vehicle, but they will stick you with other people to share so you can't actually so what you want in the afternoon. We found it was actually cheaper and easier to just rent a jeep on the island ourselves. Stay away from these people, they will scam every last cent out of you and you won't get what was promised. We have started a chargeback on our credit card. These people give Mexico a bad name. Everyone else has beke wonderful since we arrived, just these guys are terrible though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You spend way too much of this trip waiting in lines! We did the dune buggy trip around Cozumel which wasn’t bad, but they tried to give us a Jeep Liberty. The first place they take you to swim, which is supposed to have a beautiful beach was a let down. The water is beautiful but only goes about 8 feet past the shoreline and maybe knee deep. The 2nd place they took us served lunch that they were advertising as real Mexican food….awful! Cheap chips, canned nacho cheese, and too many flies. THEN, everything on that private area closed at 4 when we got there at 3:15! The shops were closed, the pool was closed, and they all wanted tips! The snorkeling was pretty but only about 35-40 minutes and the guide Rodrigo was very friendly. I really felt bad for him as there were 5 different groups of people and everyone was so bad at him. These tours are DOUBLE THE PRICE they should be. There were about 25 of us on the tour and not one was happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommendable - where should I begin? We signed up on a Cozumel trip with a different agent that, without telling us, passed us on to Cucurumbe. We were picked up almost 2h late at the hotel, rushed through Playa del Carmen to the worst ferry on this planet (Winjet). It is the cheaper one, which we couldn't understand after spending 140$ on the trip! After waiting in line for 30 min we suffered 40 terrible minutes of nausea en vomiting (the boat is dark with no fresh air and a strong smell of gasoline). When we finally made it to the island 5h after starting to wait at the hotel, the guide picked us up and first informed us about everything else we would still have to pay to make ti to the end of the trip (seriously?!). We were then given a "car" in a terrible state (instead of two jeeps as promised). The first place (Punta del Sur) was very nice, but because of their delay we were only allowed 50 min to enjoy the entire park (better plan half a day). We were then rushed to a water park were we were given a small lunch (and again only 20 min to eat). The snorkelling was nice and so was the Tequila tasting, though the Tequila sold there was hugely overpriced. Afterwards we were rushed back (passing by a nice but expensive jewellery shop) to the awful ferry for another sickening trip. When we arrived at the port we were shuffled into a corner like cattle and shouted at before we were moved outside to wait for a bus to drive us back. My recommendation: rent a car on the island and visit the places on your own!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible tour of Cozumel. Shuttle to Playa del Carmen where we had to walk blocks thru the streets. Dont get behind because they will leave you. Then you get to the ferry from hell. The wait is forever a the ride was so rough, many people were nauseous and vomiting. We meet on the island and walk to the buggy lot. Ours was damaged, but they said not to worry. We load up and drive, a lot. Again, we had a car pull in front of us and almost got left behind. We arrive to the first beach and it was nice. Beach had seaweed, but otherwise good. You could buy a drink or buy lunch which smelled nice. After 45 minutes, load up and drive, and drive. The second beach, where we could snorkel or scuba was a joke. It was a tiny inlet. They had no snorkel equipment, let alone, scuba. It was way back from the parking lot and not worth stopping at. There were vendors, a dolphin place. Looked like an over commercialized one stop place for cruise ship outing. Lunch was bad. Pork on a tortilla. No lettuce, tomatoe, dried cheese. Chips with a cheese sauce and not fresh veggies or fruits.
The tequila tour was ok. The guide vould not answer any if our questions and the bottles were expensive. Then back to the ferry from hell. Had to stand and wait an hour this time to get in. Do not go one this trip. Worst I have ever done and very expensive. $300 for 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We greatly enjoyed our tour and guide - Rodrigo (Guacamole Guacamole!). Prepare with motion sickness medicine for the ferry (to and from). The ferry during the week is only 1-2 boats where the weekend is more boats, prepare to wait about an hour or more - that is not Cucurumbe's fault - that is the ferry boat company. Our first stop was Chankanaab Adventure Beach Park via taxi bus; I wish we could have stayed here all day. The snorkeling was very fun (our first time) and the lunch served was very delicious tacos with rice and beans. There was a tequila tasting event included but we chose to sit in a chair at the beach and relax. Then we got into our buggies and drove a good while to a very not crowded beach with a bar/restaurant. The water was great and the sea weed was low so we were able to enjoy the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely do not recommend. We spent two hours traveling just get to the port. We then had to wait an hour for the ferry to arrive to take us to Cozumel. The ferry ride took 30 minutes. Once we got to Cozumel it we then had to drive “jeep renegades” another 40 minutes to our first destination. We were only allowed to spend 30 minutes there which was definitely not enough time. Once we left we had to drive another 25 minutes to get to our final destination of our excursion where we only got to spend less than two hours.
