★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena tarjeta y aplicación, tu dinero siempre estará seguro pero como en cualquier banco, nunca falta la gente que no sabe usar una tarjeta y que se queja de cargos no reconocidos o por qué no sabe usar la aplicación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos servicios, tu dinero está en riesgo, sus tarjetas no cumplen ni los estándares mínimos de un banco simple. Me hacen cargos no reconocidos y no responden.
Terrible services, your money is at risk, their cards do not even meet the minimum standards of a simple bank. They make me unrecognized charges and do not respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy buena la tarjeta, aquí las razones para amarla:
-El dinero lo respalda Accendo Banco
-La tarjeta está respaldada por Visa
-La tarjeta llega en menos de 90 minutos viviendo en CDMX y Área Metropolitana
-Pagas con firma electrónica (NIP)
-La tarjeta es internacional (ya la ocupé en PlayStation Store y funcionó)
-La tarjeta se puede añadir a PayPal para compras en línea.
Solo hay un par de cosas en contra:
-Los depósitos a esta tarjeta solo pueden ser vía SPEI
-El NIP no se puede cambiar
¡Sin duda la recomiendo!
The card is very good, here the reasons to love it:
-The money is backed by Accendo Banco
-The card is backed by Visa
-The card arrives in less than 90 minutes living in CDMX and Metropolitan Area
-Pages with electronic signature (PIN)
-The card is international (I already used it in PlayStation Store and it worked)
-The card can be added to PayPal for online purchases.
There are only a couple of things against:
-Deposits to this card can only be via SPEI
-The PIN cannot be changed
I definitely recommend it!

Mi tarjeta tiene varias transacciones que no reconozco, no informan el proceso por completo de forma clara, parece que quieren retrasar la aclaración, tardan para contestar, pero si tu tardas 5min el chat en whatsapp ya es cerrado automaticamente y tienes que explicar todo otra vez! Tengo un perjuicio de más de 1800 pesos que puede llevar hasta 90 días para la resolución, mientras tanto sigo sin este monto! Una falta de respeto con el cliente! Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tarde mucho ayer en aclaraciones pero resolvi, por medio del chat, sin embargo es TARDADISIMO Y A VECES sin respuesta. Mi tarjeta es Cuenca Visa, y ahora será Cuenca Master Card, sin embargo en ningun lugar de la APP viene un campo para solicitar la sustitucion de tarjeta, mal detalle para el usuario que no sabe a donde consultar la reposicion de tarjeta deberia ser un PUNTO BASICO por extravio o lo que sea como es hoy, de Visa a Master Card
