★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, pero la comida ya no es tan rica como antes.... los precios son altos comparados con otros lugares cercanos (incluso a un costado del mismo restaurante) la nata y el pan que te ofrecen es de buen sabor pero no vale lo que te cobran por un pan de ese tipo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es excelente desde la recepción y hasta que te vas. Si vas de paso o te alojas cerca de Atlixco, este lugar es un sí o sí que tienes que visitar. El precio de los platillos va de acorde a la proporción servida.
En cuanto al sabor de las enmoladas, sí se nota la diferencia del mole poblano y del negro por ejemplo; el mole de aquí, me parece le agregan "clavo, anís o comino", pero no logré identificar cuál. A pesar del fuerte sabor, te llevas un buen gusto al paladar. Así mismo, puedes pedirlas con pollo o con huevo. De todos modos, puedes pedir una "muestra" para probarlo si es que no quieres arriesgarte.
En el desayuno, no olvides las típicas conchas acompañadas de un café de olla.
El estacionamiento es gratuito y hay guardias a la entrada, así que si está en tus posibilidades, dales propina. Los baños están limpios y son gratuitos.
The attention is excellent from the reception until you leave. If you are passing through or staying near Atlixco, this place is a yes or yes that you have to visit. The price of the dishes goes according to the proportion served.
As for the flavor of the enmoladas, the difference between the mole poblano and the black mole, for example, is noticeable; the mole here, it seems to me they add "nail, anise or cumin", but I couldn't identify which one. Despite the strong flavor, you take a good taste to the palate. Likewise, you can order them with chicken or with eggs. However, you can ask for a "sample" to try it out if you don't want to risk it.
At breakfast, don't forget the typical shells accompanied by a pot coffee.
Parking is free and there are guards at the entrance, so tip them if you can. Restrooms are clean and free.
