★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos muy a gusto con el servicio, atiende a mi niña desde los 4 años ( ya tiene 7)le ha colocado coronas, le ha realizado limpieza y extracción de dientes que no querían caerse por sí mismos, siempre nos explica los procedimientos y nos da alternativas de solución, llegamos con la Dra. Yolanda luego de una experiencia traumática y la niña siempre se ha sentido a gusto con el trato, al grado de pedir visitarla mas seguido, no me importa hacer un viaje de mas de una hora de camino con tal de tener su atención. Ampliamente recomendable.
We are very comfortable with the service, he has cared for my little girl since she was 4 years old (she is already 7), she has placed crowns, has cleaned and extracted teeth that did not want to fall on their own, always explains the procedures and gives us alternative solutions, we arrived with Dr. Yolanda after a traumatic experience and the girl has always felt comfortable with the treatment, to the point of asking to visit her more often, I do not mind taking a trip of more than an hour on the way with just to have their attention. Widely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio cuando fui se portaron amables, cobran $300 por darte un simple folder con mucha publicidad y hacerte un presupuesto que luego no respetan, les expliqué que trabajo y que sólo les podía avisar un día antes si podía asistir al día siguiente, me dijeron que sin problema y después ya no me contestaban mis mensajes o los contestaban ya muy tarde diciéndome que no lo habían visto y no me podían atender. Me hicieron un diente provisional que no estaba contemplado en mi presupuesto, lo pagué , me expidieron un recibo por el costo total del diente y cuando les dije que ya no me iba a atender ahí porque nunca contestan ni tienen citas me dijeron que tenia que pagar 500 pesos más porque lo que pagué fue a cuenta. aunque su recibo no dice eso ni me dijeron que tenía que pagar más. Son unos estafadores, a la gente le recomiendo que tengan cuidado y no se vayan por los costos, ya que no cobran tan caro pero a la larga sales pagando más, ya que sin previo aviso te incrementar costos, busquen clínicas serias y con ética, cuiden su dinero.
At first when I went they were friendly, they charge $300 to give you a simple folder with a lot of publicity and make you a budget that they don't respect later, I explained to them that I work and that I could only let them know a day before if I could attend the next day, they told me that no problem and then they no longer answered my messages or they answered them very late telling me that they had not seen it and could not attend to me. They made me a provisional tooth that was not contemplated in my budget, I paid for it, they issued me a receipt for the total cost of the tooth and when I told them that I was no longer going to be treated there because they never answer or have appointments, they told me that I had to pay 500 pesos more because what I paid was on account. even though your receipt doesn't say that and they didn't tell me I had to pay more. They are scammers, I recommend people to be careful and not go because of the costs, since they do not charge so expensive but in the long run you end up paying more, since without prior notice you will increase costs, look for serious and ethical clinics, take care of your money.
