Bonitos baños, incluye baño infantil, cocina, nevera, áreas verdes para jugar, ventiladores de techo, no tiene todas las paredes el techo, no tiene acceso para silla de ruedas desde calle solo interno. Es de fácil acceso, a 150 metros de la Av. Central Oriente. No WiFi. Nº se entrega montada sillas ni mesas. El contrato es de 6 horas pero le agregan 2 horas más para preparación previa evento. Fachada e interior de 8.
