★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all this is not a good cooking school. Second of all, this is not an actual school for kids so please stop behaving like your customers are students whom you can discipline. We are not. We pay for classes and if you don’t know how to run a profitable business if a couple people don’t show up to class then you shouldn’t be in business. Some chefs are great, some are so so. Recipes are on paper only so if you lose it you’re out of luck. Sometimes it feels like they just downloaded the recipes from recipes.com, translated to Spanish “y ya.”
