★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para la cantidad de departamentos que habrán... así será la cantidad de vehículos... lo que se traducirá en mayor tráfico... y lo peor... no hay avenidas... lo que existe es un camino de doble sentido que está atascado de tráfico por combis y camiones de todo tipo... aunado a las colonias peligrosas que existen alrededor... y aun más los conflictos de peatones pies hay dos escuelas publicas... primaria y secundaria... en realidad... el conjunto está ubicado al centro de todas las colonias populares y peligrosas... en pocas palabras: esta sobrevaluado el costo de los departamentos en relación con los servicios públicos existentes... para la ubicación y las desventajas que presenta.... deberían costar menos.. creo tendrán muchos problemas en vender

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré y aseguraron por contrato entregar en marzo 2021, posteriormente habían asegurado entregar en marzo 2022 y ahora no resuelven la fecha. No quieren hacer válida la cláusula que indica un descuento por entrega tardía. Pésimo servicio, incumplen contrato, nada de profesionalidad y rayan en lo ilegal. En especifico la vendedora Rita Carrera se la pasa mintiendo.

They do not want to make valid the clause indicating a discount for late delivery. Terrible service, they breach the contract, no professionalism and border on the illegal. La primera torre tenía que ser entregada en marzo de 2021, ya vamos para marzo de 2022 y no pueden asegurar una fecha de entrega. Los ejecutivos de ventas son mentirosos y dan información que después no pueden sustentar, como lo es el caso Rita Carrera que además, se ponen a dar opiniones del complejo calificando con 5 estrellas. Lo que deberían de hacer es ya por fin dar una fecha de entrega y cumplir con las cláusulas del contrato. Ya que no quieren hacer válida la parte de la condonación porcentual del valor del inmueble por retraso de entrega. OJO!!!
