★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidado al intentar comprar aquí. El fraccionamiento anterior (que aun no se entrega) es Cumbre Altta, solo ver las reseñas de ese lugar, es donde yo desafortunadamente compre. Las casas son muy muy bonitas, pero desgraciadamente muy mal hechas. Los trabajadores son sucios, y chambones. Los arquitectos que deben estarlos supervisando no les dicen ni corrigen nada, asi que ya se han de imaginar la calidad de lo que entregan. Para ellos, nada entra en garantía todos los vecinos tenemos quejas multiples: Pisos mal aplicados o mal rellenados, quebrados, despostillados, terrible trabajo de acabados (pintura, yeso, etc), problemas electricos con lineas dañadas o enchufes que estan mal instalados, malas conexiones de tuberias de agua con filtraciones en varios lados. Drenajes tapados porque los trabajadores todo avientan por lavabos, regaderas y baños (incluyendo el cascajo que queda de piso, yeso, concreto y demas), muchos vecinos han tenido sus banquetas abiertas por semanas o meses ya que les tienen que ir a destapar el drenaje pero tardan una eternidad en volver a tapar. Aca tambien instalan piezas dañadas (que las constructora debe tener garantia pero en vez de reclamarla asi lo dejan y luego te dicen que no entra en garantia), y lo mas reciente han sido robos. Ellos se lavan las manos y no hacen nada por corregir esos y muchos mas problemas. Muchos vecinos comentamos que nos arrepentimos de haberles comprado. Uno hace estas compras con esfuerzo y para llegar a tener problemas mejor comprar una casa usada en otro lado, pero probada.
Be very careful when trying to buy here. The previous subdivision (which has not yet been delivered) is Cumbre Altta, just see the reviews of that place, it is where I unfortunately buy. The houses are very very nice, but unfortunately very poorly done. The workers are dirty, and jerks. The architects who should be supervising them do not tell them or correct anything, so they already have to imagine the quality of what they deliver. For them, nothing is guaranteed, all the neighbors have multiple complaints: floors poorly applied or poorly filled, broken, chipped, terrible finishing work (paint, plaster, etc.), electrical problems with damaged lines or plugs that are poorly installed, poor water pipe connections with leaks on several sides. Clogged drains because workers throw everything through sinks, showers and bathrooms (including the rubble that remains from the floor, plaster, concrete and others), many neighbors have had their sidewalks open for weeks or months since they have to go to unclog the drain but they take forever to recap. Here they also install damaged pieces (that the construction company must have a guarantee but instead of claiming it that way they leave it and then tell you that it is not covered by guarantee), and the most recent thing has been theft. They wash their hands and do nothing to correct these and many more problems. Many neighbors commented that we regret buying from them. One makes these purchases with effort and in order to have problems, it is better to buy a used house elsewhere, but tested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, en el fraccionamiento anterior nunca entregaron completas las casas y les llamas a la Arquitecta y solo dicen q te agendaran, pero nunca van a reparar las fallas en casas nuevas... no recomiendo nada esta constructora
Terrible customer service, in the previous subdivision they never delivered the houses completely and you call the Architect and they only say that they will schedule you, but they will never repair the faults in new houses... I do not recommend this construction company at all
