Cuna del Cielo - 37720 San Miguel de Allende

It's a beautiful place, excellent for a relaxing stay at San Miguel Allende, the house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, and if you want to go downtown, it's within walking distance. If you like to travel with your pet, the house is pet friendly.

So happy I found this hidden gem in SMA. The house overlooks the city and is located just a fifteen minute walk to the church square. It’s quiet, comfortable, and very well decorated. Viktor is a great host and was super attentive and accommodating to all his guests - make sure you try his carrot soup. Side note: had a hard time connecting with uber drivers to pick me up here. Expect to have to walk down to the city. Streets are safe and picturesque, so if you’re ok with walking downhill, this is your place.

The most beautiful place to stay in San Miguel with stunning sunset views. Relax by the poolside or enjoy the sauna for a perfect serene stay. Every part of this place was carefully designed by the owner and gracious host. Highly recommend.

Exceeds expectations! Photos can’t do this place justice. Every small detail of Cuna del Cielo is spectacular – from the live edge handcrafted wood furniture, the superfood smoothies, and beautiful views of San Miguel de Allende. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and can be cleaned at your request for longer stays. I enjoyed the sauna and natural pool and found myself watching every sunset from the roof. I barely wanted to leave! As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable getting into town and was so glad I chose a peaceful place outside the bustle of the city. Viktor was a great host – kind, hospitable, and easy to communicate with. I booked directly with him and the process was easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting SMA and wanting a retreat!

Cuna del Cielo is a beautiful and serene home. The entire space has a very welcoming and tranquil feeling. Viktor is such a sweet and gracious host. From his knowledge of San Miguel and surrounding areas to the many pleasant and interesting stories shared. We had a such a great time making new friends. Which was easy being surrounded by other worldwide travelers that come through to stay here as well. The accommodations were phenomenal! Steam room, hot tub, beautifully equipped kitchen, natural flowing swimming pool with koi fish. Drinkable water was a huge plus.The roof top has a 360 view and is perfect for every sunrise and sunset. We watched spectacular sunsets from the netted lounge hanging directly above the pool. The location is close to town yet just enough above to enjoy the view of all San Miguel. It sits right next to a huge botanical garden for exploring. Booking a massage or calling for car service is easily provided. It is a sanctuary and we can't wait to visit again. Happy Birthday Viktor!!!

Truly one of the most incredible homes I’ve seen in Mexico. I highly recommend this place! The host Victor, is also an absolutely wonderful human and can support with any insider tips for SMA. The stunning architecture set with a lush and botanical environment makes you feel like your deeply immersed in an alternate world, creating a strong sense of peace and tranquility. The space is very thoughtfully designed, allowing for the perfect flow between communal spaces and bedrooms. Definitely check this place out if you have the chance! It’s on of the gems of SMA.

If you want to getaway for a quiet and serene break, away from the crowds this is it. The decor and place itself is really gorgeous, the views expansive and the atmosphere calm. We really enjoyed the outdoor sauna, had a great massage before wandering into the town for dinner. Will definitely be back. Oh, yes there was delicious soup too.

A hidden gem in San Miguel the Allende. I have been there a couple of times and always leave relaxed and recharged with energy. Viktor is a wonderful host. The house is spacious and beautifully designed with common areas, but also peaceful places. You can relax at the pool, or detox with special treatments and a healthy diet. It’s a sanctuary to regenerate body and soul. After a couple of days relaxing, enjoying treatments and healthy food my sleep problem disappeared and my food intolerances faded away. The area is also perfect for exploring the city and relax after at the house from the buzzing city life. Can’t wait to come back.
