It is in an area full of places to eat and get coffee so it has a lot of competition, I do however encourage you to give it a go.
The cupcakes are delicious and very varied, I had the lemon blueberry, it was extremely good.
The coffee is pretty good, just better than Starbucks. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
As for the prices, they are on par with anything else in the area, 50pesos per large cupcake.
It is only a small shop and popular with the so called 'trendy crowd' and tourists but there are some seating outside to relax and watch the world go by.
Really worth a visit for the best cupcakes in the area.
