Pésimo servicio, nunca entregan a tiempo, quedan en entregar a una hora y entregan cuando quieren y eso si llegan a entregar y eso que pedí con días de anticipación, en mi caso no entregaron el pedido y pedí mi reembolso y dijeron que me darían una parte porque gastaron el material, cuando espere la entrega por más de 5 horas y nunca llego, y tampoco el reembolso, se quedaron con el dinero.
Be careful. Terrible service, they never deliver on time, they agree to deliver at an hour and deliver when they want and that if they deliver and that I asked days in advance, in my case they did not deliver the order and I asked for my refund and they said they would give me one Part because they spent the material, when I waited for delivery for more than 5 hours and it never arrived, and neither did the refund, they kept the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de entrega. Quedaron de entregar el pastel de cumpleaños de 3 años para la fiesta de mi hija a las 3 pm y lo entregaron a las 6 50 pm... La mayoria de los niños se habian ido. La decoracion era mediocre debido a las prisas con lo q lo hicieron y durante todo este tiempo apenas y me respondieron los mensajes...las llamadas nunca entraron.
Terrible delivery service. They arranged to deliver the 3 year old birthday cake for my daughter's party at 3 pm and delivered it at 6 50 pm ... Most of the children were gone. The decoration was mediocre due to the rush with what they did and during all this time they barely answered my messages ... the calls never came through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio conmigo fue pésimo. No entregaron un pedido que realice por la confusión de una trabajadora. Pedí el reembolso de mi dinero y solo me darán una parte porque gastaron en su material, algo que no fue mi problema y tengo que pagarlo aún así. Que decepción ??
The service with me was appalling. They did not deliver an order to make because of the confusion of a worker. I asked for my money back and they will only give me a part because they spent on their material, something that was not my problem and I still have to pay it. What a disappointment ??

En la primera ocasión que compré con ellos, quedaron de entregarme a las 11 am y estuve afuera del local por mas de 40 minutos esperando a que me abrieran. No respondían mis llamadas y sólo me decían por la ventana que ya no tardaban (de mala gana). En la segunda ocasión acudí de nuevo por lo que había comprado y mi tuvieron de nuevo afuera por mas de 30 minutos sin contestar mis llamadas o mensajes.
No vale la pena el servicio con su actitud antipática y su falta de profesionalismo.
The work is good but in terms of service, attention and punctuality they are terrible. The first time I bought with them, they agreed to deliver me at 11 am and I was outside the store for more than 40 minutes waiting for them to open. They did not answer my calls and only told me through the window that they were not late (reluctantly). On the second occasion I went again for what I had bought and they had me out again for more than 30 minutes without answering my calls or messages.
Not worth the service with their unfriendly attitude and lack of professionalism.
