★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No merecen ni una estrella, es pésimo el servicio les llamas por teléfono y te alzan la voz. y en mostrador se pelean y dicen palabras altisonantes, no hay respeto por los clientes se le olvida que gracias a ellos tienen trabajo.
They do not deserve a star, the service is bad, you call them on the phone and they raise your voice. and at the counter they fight and say loud words, there is no respect for customers, they forget that thanks to them they have work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre 53 piezas, entregaron una semana tarde 14 pzas. 4 días después 38 piezas rayadas y una pieza nunca llegó. Fue pago en una sola exhibición a cambio de 2 facturas que no sumaron el total. Nunca me llamaron, siempre tuve que hablar yo y su respuesta era "marcame mañana para decirte como va", " yo puedo darte una fecha pero cambia por los tiempos del proveedor". El chófer que entrega no tiene crédito en el celular, entonces se fue porque nadie estaba afuera para recibir.
El peor servicio de que he sufrido en la vida.
Buy 53 pieces, delivered one week late 14 pcs. 4 days after 38 scratched pieces and one piece never arrived. It was paid in a single exhibition in exchange for 2 invoices that did not add up to the total. They never called me, I always had to speak and their response was "dial me tomorrow to tell you how it goes", "I can give you a date but it changes by the times of the provider". The driver who delivers does not have cell phone credit, so he left because no one was outside to receive.
The worst service I have suffered in life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues simplemente me robaron material me mandaron bisagras incompletas, después de varios años comprando al mismo vendedor no revisé el material que me enviaron el cual venia incompleto y firme de recibido desgraciadamente me di cuenta después que las bisagras no venían completas y ahora tengo que comprar nuevamente el paquete así que abusan de la confianza y su personal incompetente que contratan sin ética ni profesionalismo así que tengan cuidado si compran en esta tienda porque te roban
Well, they simply stole material from me, they sent me incomplete hinges, after several years buying from the same seller I did not review the material they sent me which was incomplete and firm upon receipt, unfortunately I realized later that the hinges did not come complete and now I have to buy again the package so they abuse trust and their incompetent staff they hire without ethics or professionalism so be careful if you buy in this store because they steal you

Terrible attention. They take care of you reluctantly (the woman of approx 30 years) to top they have no change. They'd rather lose the sale than get change.
