★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedé con un mal sabor de boca no los frecuento mucho prácticamente solo los busco para comprar serie 50 y en esta ocasión no me quisieron cotizar una linea nueva, que porque necesitaba sus conocimientos y pagar para poder cotizar se me hiso de mal plan por parte de cuprum o sus trabajadores, a si que pues tratar de conseguir un buen proveedor ya que a cuprum no regreso ya con esto me hiso perder un trabajo muy bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, estuve 2 meses intentando por teléfono que me vendieran, solo quedaban en mandarme cotización que nunca llegó. Decidí visitarlos en dos ocasiones y ambas me dijeron que ellos me avisaban cuando llegara el producto que necesitaba, obvio nunca sucedió. Terminé comprando en otro lugar.
Terrible service, I spent 2 months trying by phone to sell me, they only had to send me a quote that never came. I decided to visit them twice and they both told me that they would let me know when the product I needed arrived, obviously it never happened. I ended up shopping elsewhere.
