L	Leonardo Aguilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudi a dejar mi unidad pero vi que hace falta más personal para atender a sus clientes la señorita del entrada es muy amable pero los asesores tardan bastante tiempo si piensas ir a dejar tu unidad ten en cuenta perder 1 hora y media sentado el trabajo que entregan es de un 8 me hicieron falta algunas piezas de mi auto revizar bien su unidad antes de salir no lo recomiendo I went to leave my unit but I saw that more staff are needed to attend to their clients the lady at the entrance is very kind but the advisors take a long time if you plan to leave your unit keep in mind losing 1 hour and a half sitting down the work they deliver it is an 8 I needed some parts of my car check your unit well before leaving I do not recommend it

Se tardaron muchísimo para lo que tenían que hacer, y tuve que estar encima de ellos todo el tiempo porque no me contestaban mensajes y nunca me dieron un seguimiento formal. Lo peor del caso es que fue IRREAL lo que me entregaron, incompleto, piezas mal pegadas y un espejo lateral completamente diferente al que debía ser, tenia aumento, y está mal pegado, era imposible manejar así. NADA RECOMENDABLE, son cero profesionales. Terrible service. Me dijeron que entregaban la unidad el jueves, luego que el sábado, después que el lunes, que seguro el martes a mediodía, a mediodía me dicen que ya a las 6:30 PM me la entregan. Muy mal, muy mal hasta ahora. Ya veremos cómo dejaron el auto.

No se hicieron cargo de un daño a pesar de que en los documentos se registró que el daño no existía cuando ingresó el vehículo. Se robaron el botiquín de emergencia y no se hicieron cargo. En la revisión de salida el auto parecía estar bien pero ya con buena luz se encontraron detalles de pulido de los cuales no se hicieron cargo. Desarmaron la parte posterior del auto a pesar de que la reparación era en la parte frontal. No se utilizan refacciones nuevas para las reparaciones. No cumplen con los descuentos que ofrecen. Todo un desastre. Además, ofrecen un servicio de reparación de cristales, pero en el cartel ponen una foto en donde se muestra el daño y otra foto en donde tapan el daño con un dedo.
