All of our products have been tested and proven to exceed compliance targets according to physical property requirements by ASTM Regulations and UL Classifications. In addition, we have been awarded with certifications by the Cool Roof Rating Council, Miami-Dade’s Notice of Acceptance, Florida Product Approvals, and because of our full commitment with a sustainable environment; we are members of the US Green Building Council.

From our beginning in 1950, we have built our business on strong technical innovation and sustainable solutions.  A great example of our innovative spirit is the Testarosso Aluminum Flake® membrane.  This unique modified bitumen cap sheet is unlike any other in the market today.  Our premium membrane is comprised of a polyester reinforcement with SBS modified bitumen asphalt. Each roll is embedded with 60 million aluminum flakes which will help to significantly reduce heat transmission generated by the sun’s ultraviolet and infrared rays towards the building’s interior, thus, translating into temperature reductions as well as minimizing energy costs. Testarosso AluminumFlake® has a Class A in UL, exceeds all ASTM tests requirements is part of several Miami Dade NOA’s, and Florida Product Approvals by the Florida Building Code,  and it is rated by the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC).
