Custom Display Group designed and manufactured many of our Military Museum display cases and we are truly very pleased with what we have recived from them so far. Some of the cases they produced for us are pretty big and it all arrived in perfect order. We don't normally write reviews but these cases are very unique and worth mentioning.

Received three pedestal showcases for my store today, they did arrive four days late. But we are very happy with the quality and would recommend them highly. Finishes and lighting just the way we requested them.

Two weeks ago I bought two cabinets for my store. This morning, when I received them, I was pleasantly surprised. I received two of the best purchases I have ever made: they are elegant and sturdy, just as I requested. Thanks for your kind attention.

If i could Give 0 Stars i Would. We had spent over $20,000 with this company, and their head of operations; Martin and Arturo, have been giving me the run around as to why their product is complete garbage and is not worth $100 let alone $20,000. There are multiple defects with our showcases, and when describing to us and providing us with photo's of the showcases, they sneakily take certain angles so that they can hide the fact that these showcases are actually very poor quality. There are scratches, dents, the wiring looks like it's been done by a 5 year old. Knowing we are a jewellery company, they even went so far as to put the cheapest lighting in our showcases (it would have been better if they hadn't put lighting at all). And when i call, Martin will always find a way to get off the phone with me or my wife, assuring someone will call us back, and to no surprise, they DONT CALL BACK AT ALL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they will happily take your money and run.

Hello Chris I have included the email you wrote us about the display case you received. You mentioned that you LOVE the unit but unfortunately the glass door was broken. You forgot to mention that the crate was delivered on the morning of Monday June 20th and opened on the June 24th. Anytime there is a delivery you are expected to open it right away to inspect if what you received was in perfect order. We even allow damage to be reported 24 hours after the delivery but not 4 days. However we did replace the door right away with standard glass and we also ordered another door for you that was tempered and free of charge. We fully understand that is is not nice to receive a damage piece of glass. We attended and replaced the door right away even many days after the legal reporting time. The Management ___________________________________________________________________ Hello We received the crate on Monday and finally had a chance to un-crate it today. Love the look of the unit, got it unwrapped and installed the shelves before unwrapping the glass door. Upon removing the glass door from its packaging we noticed that a chunk of glass had broken off the corner of the door. I have attached a picture to show the damage. We noticed the crate was a little banged up but it did not look too bad. Either way this is something we need rectified. How do we go about having this faulty piece of glass replaced? Absolutely horrible company. Promised us the display case in two weeks and took 6 weeks for delivery. Upon delivery we noticed our tempered glass door was broken. Upon contacting the company it was an uphill battle to get a replacement piece of glass. The third party vendor they hired to replace the door replaced the door with none tempered glass which we paid more for. Told us that the tempered glass was on back order. That was a month ago. Reaching out to the company has led to nothing but being ignored. DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SURELY SORRY YOU DID!!

Custom Display Group builds glass display cases for our customers. We are a company that sells retail store fixtures and this includes both lines of glass showcases that custom display group manufactures. We have been working with Joe and Daisy and they have been absolutely great to work with. This is a great company that has so far never disappointed us. The 5 stars are well worth it.
