★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente!! Al no quedar conforme con el trabajo realizado se negaron a cubrir la póliza del auto. No lo recomiendo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no hacen bien su trabajo reparan lo superficial pero no revisan que el auto quede funcional. A su vez hacen firmar sin que te den la opción de revisar. Abusan por qué eres mujer.
Terrible service, they do not do their job well, they repair the superficial but they do not check that the car is functional. In turn, they make you sign without giving you the option to review. They abuse because you are a woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En un principio su costo de seguro parece atractivo pero para el siguiente año el costo de seguro es más alto respecto a la competencia. Además que se las ingenian para evitar hacerse responsables ante daños en accidentes.

De MAPRE y este proveedor Abusaron completamente de mi Madre, donde ella llegó con la póliza de cobertura amplia y lo único que le hicieron una reparación superficial (estética) sin validar que estructuralmente las puertas estuvieran bien ya que no cuentan con el equipo necesario(descuadrado cajuela y puertas). La obligaron a firmar por qué la unidad la dejaron fuera del taller a punto de cerrar el taller sin opción a revisar
Cuando se regresa a pedir el servicio se amparan con la hoja firmada
Negativa total con el jefe de taller (Juan Carlos Basurto Torres)y el supervisor de valuación de zona (Miguel Angel Martinez Franco)
Mal servio si pueden no manden a este taller sus automóviles evítense el mal trago.
Terrible service!!! From MAPRE and this supplier they completely abused my mother, where she arrived with the comprehensive coverage policy and the only thing that they did a superficial repair (aesthetic) without validating that the doors were structurally good since they do not have the necessary equipment (out of square trunk and doors). They forced her to sign why the unit left her outside the workshop about to close the workshop with no option to review
When you return to request the service, they are protected with the signed sheet
Total refusal with the workshop manager (Juan Carlos Basurto Torres) and the zone valuation supervisor (Miguel Angel Martinez Franco)
Bad service if you can, do not send your cars to this workshop, avoid the bad drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio, buscan como engañarte solo con soluciones temporales, a los pocos días de entregarte el coche, empieza a caerse la pintura y si no conoces de mecánica no te das cuenta que el trabajo está mal hecho sólo para que aguante en lo que recoges tu vehículo.
Además, no hacen válida garantía. NO RECOMENDADO!
