★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for Tourists to get Mexican SIM card. I tried to buy a SIM card at an OXXO. OXXO did sell me one and put it in my phone; but OXXO staff did not know how to activate it. At this Telcel there were many people to help. Even though I did not buy the sim card there, they went into my phone and their computer and activated it. The cost of the card for 3 weeks 1.5 GB data and lots of minutes was under $200 Mex or $12 Canadian. I could have saved my self the trouble by just going here first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's begin saying that Telcel in oaxaca, mexico has the best cellular and data service, is not cheap and some contracts are not well specified to the client, cellphones for latinoamérica exclusively for Telcel are reduced in some characteristics for example they don't sell doble sim card models... And in some models they took off the NFC that some cellphone s for other countries has...
Telcel offers some good promotions for moving from another company but they present some issues with this offer in social media, Thay are not clear and for example some times Instagram is excluded and most basic functions of Snapchat does not work without data even though they say is free , but is not.
Attention is some time slow it depends of the day, personal is very polite but they know some bad practices form the company and they do nothing about it when some terms of. Contract or an offer is not very well explained to the costumers.
During covid, attention in this center is very well managed with some filter s ... Just try to get the best offer there.
