★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué. Dí mis datos para hacer el trámite necesario, tomé mi turno y esperé... Y esperé, no había nadie en fila, no habia nadie al que estuvieran atendiendo y seguía esperando a que llamaran a mi turno. Me fuí a dar un paseo fte al cubículo de los 3 posibles asesores o trabajadores q me podían atender.. Y nada .. Claro q me vieron... Esperando. Mas... Y x fin... Casi 15 min de esperar a q dejáran entre ellos sus pláticas y cosas q hacían con sus celulares particulares... Me atendieron. La Srita q me atendió. Todo. Amable y rápido. Xalapa.. Fte al Diario de Xalapa.
 I arrived. I gave my data to do the necessary paperwork, I took my turn and waited... And I waited, there was no one in line, there was no one who was being attended to and I was still waiting for my turn to be called. I went for a walk to the cubicle of the 3 possible advisers or workers who could assist me... And nothing... Of course they saw me... Waiting. More... And finally... Almost 15 minutes of waiting for them to leave their talks between them and things they did with their private cell phones... They attended me. The lady who attended me. Everything. Friendly and fast. Xalapa. Go to Diario de Xalapa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entering u've got to up some stairs, then nobody assist u, once u get to attention center they tell you where to go and some other offers about cell phones, there is a credit u might get there but if u dong there are another similar.
