E	Estefanía Cuyás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 10 años este era un buen lugar para reparar cualquier equipo de computación, hoy es LA PEOR opción a la que puedes acudir. Llevé a reparar mi computadora y lo único que hicieron fue restaurarla desde el mismo sistema operativo (cosa que pude haber hecho yo), mi máquina tenía el Windows 10 y me la dejaron con el Windows 8 con el pretexto de que el nuevo no iba a correr bien (???? estuve mas de 1 año utilizando el Windows 10 y todo perfecto) pedí que me instalaran la suite de Adobe y el Office, los instalaron MAL, algunos programas NO corren y para colmo me pusieron versiones VIEJÍSIMAS (Adobe 2012 y Office 2010). Les pedí las versiones actuales y me dijeron que "esas son las que ellos trabajan", pedí que desinstalaran los programas y se negaron. Al ser un negocio de rubro tecnológico lo que el cliente espera es que estén PREPARADOS Y ACTUALIZADOS, pero no. Vergüenza les debería de dar ofrecer tan mal servicio porque a mi punto de vista ESO ES ROBAR. Debieron de desinstalarme sus programas obsoletos y no cobrarme POR EL PESIMO SERVICIO QUE RECIBÍ, sólo me hicieron perder mi tiempo y dinero. 10 years ago this was a good place to repair any computer equipment, today it is THE WORST option you can go to. I had my computer repaired and the only thing they did was restore it from the same operating system (which I could have done), my machine had Windows 10 and they left me with Windows 8 under the pretext that the new one was not going to run well (???? I was more than 1 year using Windows 10 and everything was perfect) I asked them to install the Adobe suite and Office, they installed them WRONG, some programs DO NOT run and to top it off they gave me OLD versions (Adobe 2012 and Office 2010). I asked them for the current versions and they said "those are the ones they work on", I asked them to uninstall the programs and they refused. Being a technology business, what the client expects is that they are PREPARED AND UPDATED, but no. They should be ashamed of offering such bad service because in my point of view THAT IS STEALING. They must have uninstalled their outdated programs and not charged me FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE I RECEIVED, they just made me waste my time and money.
