★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eviten sacar cita en Sábado, no respetan el horario, está solo de 9-11 si se te hace, tarde te reciben sin problema, llegué media hora antes y delante de mi había 77 carros. No esperen su carro en la sala de espera, mucho calor. Entre semana muy fluido, personal amable y capacitado. En 20 minutos estás atendido. Suerte

Mi cita entre semana y por la tarde fue más ágil que mi cita en sábado por la mañana, pero aún así tienen sus procesos bien establecidos y me atendieron rápido y cordialmente. Los felicito.

My weekday and afternoon appointment was more streamlined than my Saturday morning appointment, but they still have their processes well established and I was served promptly and cordially. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar que brinda citas, pero que a al llegar a su cita, le gritan a través de una reja que tiene que hacer fila, aunque usted haya llegado acordé a las instrucciones del correo. Después de 90 minutos de espera en esa fila, con complicaciones como, no tenemos capturado su pago, a pesar de que lo lleve impreso, sus documentos no servirán, hasta que no exista sistema. Sin una comunicación adecuada como signalectica ( mire en las ventanas los avisos para usted, examen de la vista no incluído) el personal es amable en la medida de sus posibilidades. Una sala de espera para 10 personas insuficiente, pero eso sí baños muy limpios. Definitivamente ser un causante cautivo del estado es sufrir, y si la empresa es privada, requiere en verdad una verdadera logística que haga eficiente el tiempo de atención, no solo confiar en la amabilidad de sus empleados. En resumen, cargue su tanque de gasolina, su paciencia y disfrute horas en su auto para hacer el trámite.
