★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi lap para que la arreglaran y me la devolvieron con el panel táctil descompuesto, no hace todas las funciones que hacía anteriormente y les reclamé y para evitarlo me dijeron que eran funciones opcionales que las buscara porque ellos no sabían como activarlas.
I took my lap to have it fixed and they returned it to me with the broken touch panel, it does not do all the functions that it did previously and I complained to them and to avoid it they told me that they were optional functions that I looked for them because they did not know how to activate them.
