★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi laptop a reparar ya que la pantalla a veces se apaga, y de la fecha de diagnostico me tardaron todavia 1 semana mas a las vueltas, y primero me dan un precio, luego otro, no tienen formalidad, ni seriedad. Uno de sus tecnicos tiene un negocio en "plaza de la tecnologia" y ofrece servicios "particulares" de reparacion. No vuelvo a llevar ningun equipo a ese lugar. A veces hay que preferir pagar más pero en un lugar confiable y de prestigio.
I took my laptop to repair since the screen sometimes turns off, and from the diagnosis date it took me another week to return, and first they give me a price, then another, they have no formality or seriousness. One of its technicians has a business in "technology square" and offers "private" repair services. I will not bring any equipment to that place again. Sometimes you have to prefer to pay more but in a reliable and prestigious place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lleve mi laptop para que me hicieran un presupuesto del reemplazo de un teclado nuevo porque anteriormente ya le habian hecho un diagnostico y la que me atendió me dijo que sin costo alguno iban a checarlo pero que dejaramos la laptop para saber el modelo.
Ah pues ahora resultó que tengo que pagar por la revisión, revisión que ni si quiera habia pedido, y hasta eso tenia que esperar a que la armaran para entregarmela.
Muy mal por parte de la recepcionista y del tecnico que al dia siguiente fuí a recogerla desarmada porque aun no la tenian armada y no me dieron la tapa de la lap tuve que volver a ir.

Too bad from the receptionist and the technician who the next day I went to pick her up unarmed because they still didn't have her armed and they didn't give me the cover of the lap. I had to go again.
