No de contaba con una solución para los clientes y el que paga desafortunadamente era el ejecutivo
No lo recomiendo ya que no se cuenta con el apoyo ni del mismo coordinador

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para trabajar pero si necesitas tener experiencia ya que estás bajo presión y el sistema es complicado y tienes que dar solución rápido a los clientes y acertada y a veces eso te quita tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar amplio, no tan limpio, el comedor si llueve se moja en todos lados. Parece obra negra.
Tienen campañas variadas cada año. Al parecer su lema es "A nosotros no nos gusta que se vayan de la empresa, pero es decisión de cada quien irse. Aunque vamos a seguirles suspendiendo por cualquier razón y presionando hasta se cansen de nuestra modalidad de trabajo y salga más barato que se vayan que correrlos".
Los pagos siempre en tiempo y forma, es su único triunfo. La mitad de los supervisores casi no eran de gran ayuda, el jefe de operaciones déspota y poco amable, además de ser poco interesado en los empleados. El coordinador de ese mismo piso igual de nefasto, desigual, poco profesional, no tiene auto control y además dice ayudar, cuando siempre busca la manera de perjudicar.
Mal lugar para trabajar incluso si eres del mejor equipo que tienen.

1. No importa tu experiencia serás bien capacitado y tendrás las herramientas para hacer tus actividades.
2. El crecimiento laboral se realiza por convocatoria y todos tienen las mismas oportunidades.
3. Pago puntual, áreas de trabajo limpias y seguras.
4. Si tienes alguna duda serás escuchado.
5. Siempre serás tratado con respeto.
Las campañas son estables , la capacitación es pagada y el ambiente laboral bueno , los supervisores cómo ejecutivos son retroalimentados y tu opinión contara para ello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, la zona muy fea desde la llegada el poli te atiende de mala cara al llegar con las chicas de RH pésima actitud parece que estás pidiendo prestado, supongo que su último trabajo fue en el seguro social ya que la actitud es prepotente y mala, el lugar parece más una bodega que un call Center aún no trabajo ahí y ya me quiero ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen ambiente, sin embargo te hacen firmar renuncia al firmar contrato, no pagan horas extra ni días de asueto conforme ley (es menos) te registran con el salario mínimo y si no cumples con el tiempo de 48 horas, asi trabajes 47, te descuentan un día completo. No lo recomiendo a menos que no tengan otra opción.
Very good environment, however they make you sign a resignation when signing the contract, they do not pay overtime or days off according to law (it is less) they register you with the minimum wage and if you do not comply with the time of 48 hours, even if you work 47, you they discount a full day.
